The UK Government’s response to the Coronavirus pandemic was informed by its Scientific Advisory Groups for Emergencies (SAGE) ecosystem, which included the main SAGE committee, many sub committees, and information from government departments, public bodies (e.g. NHS, UKHSA, ONS) and commissioned academic research. From January 2020 to August 2021, this resulted in almost 800 documents that fed into or were produced by SAGE.
While these documents are all publicly available, it can be hard to work out which documents are relevant to specific questions about aspects of the UK pandemic response.
This site is intended to make the reports and minutes that fed into, or were produced by, SAGE much easier to search. Each document links to the relevant government repository.
